Our products are not medicines, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and they are not registered with SAHPRA for human or veterinary use. They are supplied for in-vitro, analytical and other laboratory research.

Purchasers aged 18 or older, buying for laboratory research, with a delivery address in South Africa. We may cancel any order where we believe the research-use declaration is untrue.

A short confirmation at checkout: you confirm you are 18+, that you are buying for laboratory research only, and that the products will not be used in or on humans or animals. The declaration is stored with your order. Orders cannot be placed without it.

No. We supply research materials and their analytical documentation only. We do not give medical advice and do not answer questions about using products in people or animals. Product pages summarise published laboratory literature for context only.

Yes. Every batch is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) reporting HPLC purity and identity data, with a batch number matching the label. See our Certificates of Analysis page for what a COA contains and how to request one.

Email [email protected] with the product name and the batch number on your label, or your order number. We normally send it within one business day.

A specification table: compound, declared quantity, format (for example lyophilised powder in a sealed vial), identifiers such as CAS number, molecular formula or sequence where verified, and storage conditions.

Follow the storage conditions on the label and product page. As a general guide, sealed lyophilised materials are stored at -20 °C protected from light, with 2-8 °C acceptable short term. Solution formats are stored at 2-8 °C and must not be frozen.

Lyophilised materials are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of courier transit. Temperature-sensitive solution formats ship with cold packs in insulated packaging. Transfer items to their stated storage conditions on arrival.

Anywhere in South Africa, by tracked courier. We do not currently ship internationally.

Standard tracked delivery is R130 per order (2-5 business days); express is R190 (1-2 business days). Both are nationwide and shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are dispatched within 0-1 business days of payment confirmation (same day for orders confirmed before 12:00 SAST on a business day). Courier transit is 2-5 business days standard or 1-2 business days express.

We email your tracking number when the order is dispatched. You can also use the order tracking page or your account.

Debit and credit card (Visa and Mastercard) through our secure hosted payment page. We do not accept bank transfer (EFT). All prices are in South African rand (ZAR).

Yes. Unopened items with the tamper seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping, except for wrong, damaged or defective items, which we collect at our cost. There is no restocking fee.

To your original payment method, within 10 business days of us receiving the return.

Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund the item, including shipping, at no cost to you.
