Tracked courier delivery to every South African address. Standard R130 or express R190 per order.

Shipping rate
Two tracked options, each a flat rate per order anywhere in South Africa regardless of the number of items: standard R130 (2-5 business days) or express R190 (1-2 business days). The shipping charge is shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order. There are no hidden handling fees.
Dispatch times and cut-off
Orders are packed and handed to the courier Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Orders paid and confirmed before 12:00 SAST on a business day are normally dispatched the same day; orders confirmed after the cut-off, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times
Standard courier transit is 2-5 business days after dispatch; express is 1-2 business days. Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban) are usually delivered at the short end of each range; regional and outlying areas can take the full window. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Courier delays caused by weather, strikes or other events outside our control can occur, and we will help you follow up with the courier when they do.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we email you the courier tracking number. You can also check status on our order tracking page or in your account.
Cold-chain packaging
Lyophilised materials are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit and are shipped sealed in protective packaging. Temperature-sensitive solution formats are packed with cold packs in insulated packaging. On arrival, transfer each item to the storage conditions stated on its label and product page.
Delivery address and failed deliveries
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct; the courier may call to arrange delivery. If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or nobody is available, the courier will attempt to contact you. Parcels returned to us undelivered can be re-sent at a further flat-rate shipping charge, or refunded less the original shipping cost.
Damaged, missing or incorrect parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, with a broken seal, or with the wrong or missing items, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund it at no cost to you. See our refund & returns policy for full details.
International orders
We currently ship only to addresses in South Africa.
