Returns and Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of these products, returns are not allowed. However, we do offer refunds or product replacements when there are notable issues. We strive to make your shopping experience with us as smooth as possible by providing only the best products. If you are unhappy with your purchase or encounter an issue, please get in touch so we can resolve it.
Email: sales@beskinny.co.za with your order number quoted in the subject line. Provide as many details as possible, including pictures of the problem, if applicable. We will respond to your query within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Process to Follow:
- Once your email query has been addressed and you’ve accepted an offer from our sales admin, your store credit, Bitcoin refund, or direct bank refund will be issued.
- If you’ve accepted a replacement, it will be dispatched the next business day (stock permitting), and the tracking number will be updated on your order.
Late or Missing Refunds and Replacements
If, after 48 hours of accepting the resolution offered by admin, you have not received your refund or details about your replacement, please reply to your existing email chain with sales@beskinny.co.za to prompt an update.
In some cases, your bank may need additional time to process a refund. We can provide proof of the refund, but patience may be required until it reflects in your account.
- Refunds via Bitcoin are typically processed the same day.
- Store credit refunds are usually processed the same day.
- EFT refunds are processed on the same day but may take up to 48 hours to reflect, depending on your bank.
- Replacement products are dispatched the next business day, and tracking details are provided after authorization.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded at their regular price; a lower sale value refund will be applied.
Cancellation of Order
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Refunds will only be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Returns
Due to the nature of the products sold, we cannot offer a returns service at this time.
