Description
CJC-1295 with DAC is a tetra-substituted analogue of GHRH(1-29) bearing a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC): a maleimidopropionyl-lysine linker that couples covalently to serum albumin and extends the peptide's half-life in preclinical systems.
It is used in laboratory studies of GHRH-receptor activation, of sustained versus pulsatile signalling along the somatotropic axis and of albumin-conjugation pharmacokinetics in preclinical models.
Supplied by Body Pharm as 2 mg CJC-1295 with DAC of lyophilised powder in a sealed glass vial, with a batch Certificate of Analysis. Store sealed at -20 °C, protected from light.
