Description
Retatrutide (LY3437943) is a synthetic, lipidated single-chain peptide with agonist activity at three receptors: the GIP receptor (GIPR), the GLP-1 receptor (GLP-1R) and the glucagon receptor (GCGR).
It is used in laboratory models of multi-receptor incretin signalling, hepatic glucagon-receptor pharmacology and glucose homeostasis, and as a reference compound for comparing single-, dual- and triple-agonist receptor profiles. It has been evaluated in the TRIUMPH clinical development programme.
Supplied by Body Pharm as a pre-filled multi-dose research pen containing 64 mg retatrutide in solution, with a batch Certificate of Analysis. Store at 2-8 °C, protected from light; do not freeze.
For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment or any clinical application.
