Description
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the actin-binding region (LKKTETQ, residues 17-23) of thymosin beta-4, the principal G-actin-sequestering protein in mammalian cells.
It is studied in cell-migration and scratch-wound assays, in endothelial tube-formation models of angiogenesis and in preclinical models of tissue remodelling and actin-cytoskeleton dynamics.
Supplied by Body Pharm as 10 mg TB-500 of lyophilised powder in a sealed glass vial, with a batch Certificate of Analysis. Store sealed at -20 °C, protected from light.
For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment or any clinical application.
